Esterase isozymes from serum, liver, pancreas, spleen, adrenal and kidney of male and female rabbits (Lepus cuniculus) aged 8 months were separated by agar gel electrophoresis. The results were as following:
1. Esterase isozymes from serum, liver, pancreas, spleen and adrenal showed same pattern of 3, 5A4 4 and 6 without relation to sex.
2. Esterase isozymes from kidney showed different pattern with regard to sex as it was 6 bands in female and 5 bands in male.
3. Esterase isozymes from 6 tissues were grouped to 6 in the point of developing speed of bands in electrophoresis.
